In cooperation with “Vins” wine events company, headed by Spyros Triantafyllou and a number of certified culinary experts, as well as three top sommeliers, Aris Sklavenitis, Despina Moschaki and Fotis Stathopoulos, this year’s events will be both important and compelling.
WINE TASTING SQUARE
In a specially-designed area, visitors from Greece and abroad will have the opportunity to come into contact with the entirety of the Greek vineyard. OENOTELIA will provide a free glass to all interested parties so that they will be able to taste the wines involved, form an opinion and, then, discuss about possible collaborations with the exhibitors.
SEMINARS & SPECIALS
During the trade show, certified sommelier insights will be delivered daily, in designated areas, on various wine-related topics. How to build a great wine list; what is the right way to store each wine and how to serve it properly; and all that professionals should know about food & wine pairing. In addition, a series of specials on geographical wine-growing zones will give visitors an overall picture of the Greek wine and spirits sector.
